Q: Will this tub fit theough a 24" door?
A: I'm wrestling with this issue right now. I believe that it will barely go through the door sideways if you remove the small trim from inside the door frame. I haven't got to the point of moving the tub into the bathroom in my remodeling project. If that doesn't work, I will have to remove the door frame.

A: Have not picked one yet still looking around but yes the faucets seem very expensive. The tub is very nice if that is any consolation.

Q: We have a standard drain in our bathroom (ie right drain) on a slab. Doe sit come with a flex hose for drain without retrofitting concrete?
A: Hi there, We do include a flexible drain. But that should only be used in cases when you absolutely cannot relocate your waste line. If you are on a regular concrete slab the it is recommended to relocate and utilize an island tub drain for install. If you absolutely cannot move then the flexible drain will work for you. Be mindful that it may drain a little slower using that application.

A: Hi there, It is recommended to purchase an extended filler with any freestanding bathtub. The length would depend on how the water is delivered from the faucet. 6 Inches should suffice on this model.

Local Pick Up
1. Place your warehouse order online and select which warehouse location for your local pickup option.
2. Select the date that you would like to pick up your order. Same day pick up is not available now, but you may select any date for next 14 days exclude weekend and public holidays.
3. You will receive a ready to pick up order confirmation from shop@woodbridgebath.com
4. Arrive to the designated warehouse on pickup date, present your pickup documents and ID card to one of our customer service team members and wait at your car.
5. Ordered items will deliver to your car side, check the items, and sign the Goods Receipt if there isn’t any product discrepancy, then you can finish your pickup.

Note:

1.Alternative Pickup person: If you will send someone else to pick up your order, please reply to the confirmation email with the person’s exact name on the Driver License. The pickup person needs to bring his driver license and a copy of the order.
2. Please check the warehouse address and distance, and make sure that you’re able to drive to our warehouse for pickup by yourself before we closed.
3. Refer to warehouse pickup location map for exact pickup location.
