Q: How do I keep the tub from moving? it’s seems light and moves even when I slightly bump into it? Is there a way to secure it to the floor or something I use so it doesn’t slide?
A: You can add caulking around half of it so you stabilize it but still leave a gap for air flow. Or you can just caulk to end or anything along those lines where you would still leave a decent amount of space not caulked to allow air flow. Q: Mine is new construction. What is the distance from the drain opening to the floor. In mine, the drain would end up exactly over a floor truss and we're not allowed to notch those, so I'll need to install a drain offset and I'm wondering how much room I have, or if I'll need to build an elevated deck to install it on.

Q: 1, Does this tub have a water filter? Where is it located and how do I access it and get replacements? 2. Are the air jets and water jets both adjustable for flow? 3. What size water line connection to the tub faucet is recommended for your floor mounted fill faucet F0024CHRD. I currently have a 1/2" copper line to the shut off. I am interested in the size of line needed to run from the shutoff to the tub to support this faucets 8 gpm stated max. flow rate.
A: No unfortunately the unit does not have a water filter. The massage jets have a very small adjustment but the air jets have no adjustment. For the F0024, water supply lines could be 1/2". Only thing with the F0024 is the hoses only come in one length which is 35" meaning they will be sticking out from the bottom about 4-5 inches below floor level. So only get the F0024 if you have access from belwo to make that connection.

Q: Considering purchasing this tub. Can the lights be turned off. I don’t like that the lights can not remain one color, so it will not be something I would want to use. Just want to verify the lights can be turned off.
A: When power is on keep touching the Left and Right buttons until the cursor on the LCD is on the Chromo Therapy light position , press the OK button and the light will work; repeat the same operation to turn off the light.

Q: can you use epsom salts, bath oil or bath bombs while usiong the jets/bubble features? Will the above items cause corrosion of the jets?
A: Sorry for the late reply. As salts and bath bombs can be extremely hard on motors, salt causes oxidization and rusting, they are not recommended for whirlpool tubs.

Local Pick Up
1. Place your warehouse order online and select which warehouse location for your local pickup option.
2. Select the date that you would like to pick up your order. Same day pick up is not available now, but you may select any date for next 14 days exclude weekend and public holidays.
3. You will receive a ready to pick up order confirmation from shop@woodbridgebath.com
4. Arrive to the designated warehouse on pickup date, present your pickup documents and ID card to one of our customer service team members and wait at your car.
5. Ordered items will deliver to your car side, check the items, and sign the Goods Receipt if there isn’t any product discrepancy, then you can finish your pickup.

1.Alternative Pickup person: If you will send someone else to pick up your order, please reply to the confirmation email with the person’s exact name on the Driver License. The pickup person needs to bring his driver license and a copy of the order.
2. Please check the warehouse address and distance, and make sure that you’re able to drive to our warehouse for pickup by yourself before we closed.
